[Outfit Post] : One Thousand and Ninety Six Days ♥♥♥

This post is long overdue and I'm well aware that I've been MIA for quite a while. So sorry for the hiatus but let me make up for that through this post which actually took place during my 3rd year anniversary with John, the boyfriend. We held a simple yet special celebration this year at SM Mall of Asia (MOA) and it was even more special for me because I had a lot of "firsts" this year. It was my first time to watch at a MOA Cinema, first time to dine in at TGI Friday's, first time to wear a Maxi Skirt. I know, I know right? #loser

My ensemble actually has a little story to it. Every year, I always pray hard to let my anniversary day be spared from rain/typhoons etc since it's the rainy season here in the Philippines, which of course, drastically affects my wardrobe options. And I guess God loves me so much since the sun always shines on my special days ^^ And needless to say, I was very fortunate that I was able to wear this maxi skirt which has this summer-y prints in summer-y shades all over. Given that I have a flowy bottom, I opted to wear a sexy fitting top to inject that equilibrium. 

I also brought along my trusty white blazer from AI Fashion since we were watching Pacific Rim that time. Which do you think looked better? :)

I'd also take this opportunity to feature this very pretty Celine-inspired baby pink bag from LookSmart Shop. This is John's anniversary gift to me and I absolutely loved it! Bf gave me the chance to choose my own gift. It was quite a tedious task choosing from a massive range of trendy bags in all yummy colors. LookSmart Shop definitely has one of the best selections of bags from the high street signature bags to funky aztec satchels and a whole lot more! (if you could kindly click on the links to visit the shop hehe) However, the minute I saw this baby, everything else fell into place! Don't you guys love it too? Ain't she a pretty? I also got this kawaii owl necklace together with the bag so I guess you can tell how happy I am. I love pink things so much!!

[Outfit Post]: Before You Start Fallin' ♥♥♥

I just got home from a fun date with John the bf, and you know what it means for this blog? Outfit post for the win!! Sigh. I've been feeling extremely low for the last 4 weeks just because I couldn't update my blog, so I'm taking all the chances.

Now back to business. The rain this morning was pouring like there's no tomorrow so there goes my plan of wearing a baby pink sheer top lest I wanted to get soaked and be frozen to death. That was when my baby blue jacket came in handy. (baby this and baby that. I swear I'm digging pastels lately.) My jacket was nearly the same hue as my new skort so I believe that I still looked put together despite the rush :-)

Missing a lot

It's been a while since I've posted something on my blog and it feels terrible when you have so much to share but you just can't because:

1. Can't do photoshoots
2. Desktop broke down
3. Too busy at work

Good thing my one week vacation starts today and I'm quite hopeful that I will get to post something within the week, especially that my 3rd year anniversary with baby John is fast coming up (on Wednesday!).

So there, this is a post that has no sense, actually. And I just downloaded this Bloggeroid for Android and hopefully, this solves my blogging problems. :-)

[Outfit-s Post]: Lunch Date with BFF ♥♥♥

My best friend Shane and I went out on a lunch date yesterday. Since we see each other like, once every 2 or 3 months, we ensure that we spend our day overly enjoyable and truly worthwhile. We were supposed to have lunch at Cocina Juan, which is my and my boyfriend's fave resto and which I had featured in this blog thrice, but due to some circumstances, we ended up at another place where we definitely pigged out! If there's a thing such as #throwbackthursday, then we've come up with #pigoutfriday! It was like a blessing in disguise after all since we had the most scrumptious feast! Photos of the #pigout in a while :) 

We also found the chance to take outfit shots of course! This time, I also took outfit shots of her and I'm featuring her in this blog for the second time :) Here is her OOTD. I absolutely love her laced top and her lovely blonde locks was an amazing contrast to her get up ♥

Unfortunately, I forgot to ask her for the brands of her clothes. #whatablogger. Anyway, here's what I wore. I was actually hesitant to wear these because of the bipolar weather here in Manila. It's already June which meant the start of the rainy season but when I was about to leave the house, the sun was blaring hot! And it felt like summer all over again hence, my candy color-pegged ensemble. And since I was so Pink already, I threw on these colorful arm party and these very lovely necklace from Ekame Items. This necklace looked elegant enough to wear to a semi-formal occasion and casual enough to wear with something like what I wore here. Anyway, I opted to wear shorts just to be safe, in case it rains in the afternoon. Luckily it didn't. So going back to my OOTD:
